Section 7 prescribes that no person, other than the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority or an authorised body, shall: (a) as from the appointed date, store or load into a ship any sugar manufactured in Mauritius; or (b) during such time as may be specified, store such other commodity as may be prescribed.
