The Regulations, among other things: contain provisions which make it an offence to contravene certain requirements of Regulation 1935/2004 and Regulation 2023/2006; provide for designation of the competent authorities for the various purposes identified in the Regulations; provide rules and standards applicable to the use of certain substances.
