Abstract

The Act provides rules for the marking of vessels including vessels engaged in the fishing industry (sect. 3). It shall not apply to vessels owned by the State. Section 2 outlines the requirements which shall be complied with by the owner and master of any ship to which this Act applies. The owner and the master shall be liable for any contravention of this Act or any requirements imposed thereunder (sect. 6). (7 sections)
