In particular, the purpose of the present Act is: 1) to achieve a better general overview and transparency of the market by standardizing agricultural commodities regarding their production conditions, their external aspect, their packaging, their advertising with a view to attain a fair competition; 2) the promotion of the production and improvement of quality products by a continuous adjustment of the progress of science and technology.
