Failure to comply with these provisions constitutes an offence. The Regulations further, among other things, confer powers on authorized officers, contain powers to affix labels indicating non compliance with the Community marketing rules to serve notice containing detailed reasons for the non compliance and confer power to control the movement of horticultural produce.
