Abstract

These Regulations require producers, exporters, importers, traders and processors of apples, pears, plums, peaches, nectarines and apricots to keep records and render returns to an appointed administrator. The records shall be as required by the administrator and shall regard: (a) survey of fruit producing trees; (b) the volume of apples, peers, plums, peaches, nectarines and apricots destined for domestic fresh consumption and/or export and/or import; and (c) the volume of apples destined for processing of juice concentrate.
