After a preliminary first part (covering the Power to delegate and the appointment and duties of officers), a part dedicated to Agricultural Marketing Centers, their Administration, Commercial Activity and Restrictions follows. This part is about, among other things, the Establishment of agricultural marketing centers, the Restrictions on sale of agricultural produce and the rules concerning the deliveries of agricultural produce. It also covers the restrictions of commercial activities of agricultural retailers and the sales records that are kept by a sales agent, society or farmer. A third part is dedicated to Trade Matters (such as the maximum prices, the exhibition of different kinds of agricultural produce for sale, the hoarding of agricultural produce, the Prohibition of purchasing from unknown person, the Prohibition of refusal to sell without reasonable cause or to add conditions to price, the sale at unreasonable prices.
