Abstract

These Regulations provide for the control on the placing on the market of nutritional substances for infants and young children and provides for the protection of breastfeeding. Measures include education and information, rules for advertising, promotion and labelling, administration and enforcement in line with the Food and Nutrition Policy and creation of a special committee for purposes of these Regulations.
