Long title
An Act to authorise the Minister of Finance to borrow from the International Fund for Agricultural Development an amount as nearly as may be a sum equivalent to two million, nine hundred and fifty thousand United States Dollars and from the Caribbean Development Bank, a loan of an amount not exceeding the equivalent of three million United States Dollars.

Abstract

This Act lays down provisions to secure funding for the purpose of enhancing and increasing the incomes of rural young unemployed or self-employed men and women, through the strengthening and establishment of competitive, profitable and sustainable rural businesses and employment, opportunities and creating better linkages to production chains and greater to markets. All monies borrowed under this Act shall be effected and secured pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the Schedule.
