Abstract

This Order, made by the Head of State under section 10 of the Maritime Zones Act, defines the maritime zones of Samoa by listing official geographical coordinates for the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea, the contiguous zone the EEZ and the Continental shelf is measured. The Order indicates the outer limit of the territorial sea at 12 nautical miles measured from the baseline.
