The owner and the master of any ship to which these Regulations apply shall ensure that the ship carries on board a Fiji official logbook in the form set out in the Schedule and shall ensure that an appropriate entry is made in the logbook for specified occurrences including interventions by a port state or coastal state including detention of the ship for violation of safety or marine environment protection standards or any other matter directed by the Decree or by any Regulations made under the Decree, to be entered.
