Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate in detail the safety of marine ships. The Ordinance consists of 76 articles divided into 6 Parts. Only articles 7 to 9, 10, 11 and 13 apply to fishing vessels; they deal with inspection of fishing vessels, certification, and general safety requirements.
