This Regulation commences on 1 March 1999.
Abstract

This Regulation implements the Marine Parks Act 1997 by providing specifications on matters related to the creation and management of marine parks. In particular, the Regulation contains provisions on marine park zones (Part 2) and on regulation of activities in marine parks (Part 3). The Regulation is completed by two schedules: zoning plans for marine parks and penalty notice offences.
