Article 1 contains a definition clause; article 2 establishes that the Federal Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Forestry is entitled by means of Ordinances: to forbid the catch of certain fish, to take them on board or to sell them; to limit the exercise of marine fishery as far as quantity, time and space is concerned, or to impose any other limitation; also, to impose the duty to register, as far as this is necessary to follow the state of fish stock. Article 3 establishes that a special permit is need to exercise fishing whenever there are limitations to fishing . Such a permit shall be released only if the applicant uses a fishing vessel complying with specific rules.
