Abstract

These Regulations provide rules relative to marketing and exportation of marine fish. Marine fish may, without a permit, be landed from a vessel only to a market except in cases where fish has been caught for sport or pleasure, is not intended for sale or export, etc. Landing of marine fish as transhipment cargo is permitted only if accompanied by a through bill of lading or a through air waybill. Without a permit no marine fish shall be transported on land in quantities in excess of 60 kilograms. Permits are required for the export of specified fish as described in regulation 4B. Application forms for export permits and the issue, form or cancellation of the permits are dealt with in the text.
