Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 8 sections and completed by one Schedule, prescribe fees and charges for the purposes of the Marine Farming Planning Act 1995. They provide for the remission or exemption from payment of those fees and charges; prescribe offences for which infringement notices may be issued; and prescribe penalties for those offences.
