Section 5 prohibits a series of activities in the Reserve including injuring, destruction or removal of shellfish and/or starfish, and use of speargun, hook, and various other devices for the purposes of taking fish. Other activities may be permitted subject to restrictions imposed by the Parks and Beaches Commission.
