Abstract

The Minister may design restricted areas in any part of marine areas of Barbados for purposes of preservation of natural beauty, conservation of fauna and flora, etc. (sect. 3). Land control agreements may be entered into by the National Conservation Commission under section 4. The Commission may establish underwater parks in restricted areas and may make regulations for the protection of restricted areas in accordance with section 6. (7 sections)
