Part 3 concerns functions of the Minister (these include general management, control and supervision of maritime matters) and powers. Part 4 lays down provisions concerning ship channels control, hydrographic services, regulations regarding shipping, restriction and/or condition on use of ship channel. Part 5 concerns aids to navigation and provides for buoys maintenance, use of dredging, and other matters. Part 6 regulates pilotage in Bermuda. Part 7 concerns berthing, anchoring or mooring within the ports of Bermuda. Part 8 is the Bermuda Small Commercial Vessels Code of Practice.
