Abstract

This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York concerns manufacture and distribution of commercial feed. It provides that no person shall manufacture any commercial feed in this state unless such person holds a license issued therefor by the commissioner of agriculture and markets of New York. It further provides that no person shall distribute in this state any commercial feed unless he or she is registered pursuant to the provisions of this section. Additionally, the Article provides rules concerning labeling, misbranding, adulteration, prohibited acts; inspection, sampling and analysis, and rules for detained commercial feeds.
