Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Water Protection Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to water quality standards, objectives and guidelines. The text consists of 12 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Water Quality Standards (2); Water quality objectives (3); Water quality guidelines (4); Coming into force (5).
