The present Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2003.
Abstract

The purpose of this regulation is to enable the association to encourage, promote and assist in the development of sheep and production of sheep products in Manitoba. Section 3 establishes that the Manitoba Sheep Association Inc. is designated as the representative organization of all producers of sheep and sheep products. Every producer must pay a certain fee to the association for each approved animal identification tag the producer buys. The text consists of 10 sections.
