Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants the authority to the Producer Board (Manitoba Pork est) to regulate the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade. Under section 4 the Producer Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons who are engaged in the production or marketing of hogs. The text consists of 4 sections.
