Abstract This Act aims at protecting the habitats of fish and wildlife in Manitoba. The Act establishes the Manitoba Habitat Heritage Corporation whose objects, under section 3, are the conservation, restoration and enhancement of Manitoba fish and wildlife habitat and the fish and wildlife populations thereof in a manner not inconsistent with The Fisheries Act and The Wildlife Act. Under section 28, the corporation is an agent of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Manitoba.
