Abstract The purpose of the present Regulation is to stimulate, increase and improve the production of forage seed in Manitoba. Section 3 establishes that the Manitoba Forage Seed Association is designated as the representative organization of all producers of forage seed. Every producer who produces and markets forage seed shall pay a certain fee to the association. The text consists of 10 sections.
