Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Agricultural Producers’ Organization Funding Act. The purpose of the Regulation is to enable the association to collect money from flax producers and solin producers to promote and financially support initiatives in the areas of production, marketing, extension, education and research, for the benefit of flax and solin producers in Manitoba. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Purpose (2); Designation (3); Fees (3); Deduction of fees (4); Use of fees (6); Refunds (7); Books and records (8); Information (9).
