Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, the general purpose of this plan is to provide for the promotion, regulation and management of the production and marketing of the regulated product, by the Board, within Manitoba. The text – consisting of 29 sections – deals with the following issues: Definitions and interpretations, Purposes and application of the present Plant, Manitoba egg farmers, General powers of the Board, Specific powers of the Board, Regulations requiring Council approval, Orders requiring Council approval, Certification of facilities, General provisions, Transitional provisions.
