This regulation comes into force on 1 October 1998.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation is to enable the association to encourage, promote and assist in the development of grain and silage corn in Manitoba. Section 3 establishes that the Manitoba Corn Growers Association is designated as the representative organization of all producers of corn. Every producer who produces and markets corn shall pay a certain fee to the association for all sales of corn in Manitoba. The text consists of 10 sections.
