Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation is to stimulate, increase and improve the production and marketing of canola and canola products in Manitoba. Section 3 establishes that the Manitoba Canola Growers Association is designated as the representative organization of all producers of canola. Every producer who produces and markets canola shall pay a certain fee to the association per tonne on all sales of canola in Manitoba. The text consists of 10 sections.
