Abstract

The purpose of this regulation is to enable the association to encourage, promote and assist in the development of buckwheat in Manitoba. Section 3 establishes that the Manitoba Buckwheat Growers Association Inc. is designated as the representative organization of all producers of buckwheat. Every producer who produces and markets buckwheat shall pay a certain fee to the association for all sales of buckwheat in Manitoba. The text consists of 10 sections.
