Abstract

The present Act provides for the establishment of the Development Corporation for Malta, which shall exercise planning and advisory functions in the field of development of the economy of Malta as a whole, including particular areas such as agriculture and fisheries. The Act consists of the following five parts: (I) Preliminary; (II) Establishment, Conduct of Affairs and Functions of the Corporation; (III) Financial Provisions; (IV) Officers and Servants of the Corporation; (V) Miscellaneous.
