Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to ensure that citizens can live in a healthy and pleasant environment by preventing malodor produced due to business activities. In particular, the State shall prepare and implement comprehensive policies regarding the prevention of malodor, render financial and technological support for local governments in implementing policies to prevent malodor, and endeavor to investigate and research the effects of malodor on living environment, human health, etc. and to develop and distribute technologies for the prevention of malodor. The text consists of 30 articles.
