Entry into force notes
These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 2013.
Abstract

Any person shall not import or export any plant, animal, carcass, fish, agricultural produce, soil or microorganism unless that person is registered with the Director General as an importer, exporter or agent. The Regulations make provisions for: application and approval of registration, changes in registration information, termination of registration, penalties, etc.
