Importation of this insecticide is consented only to the appointed State Authority. Authorized Officers may inspect locations where the compound is handled, stored or packaged, vehicles carrying it and open sack or parcel containing it. Unlawful possession of malathion is an offence and violators shall be fined, or jailed or sentenced to both penalties. Full text English
