The aggregate of areas within the meaning of the Makonde Ordinance shall become the Makonde Water Supply area. The Minister for Communication, Power and Works shall become the Water Authority for that area. All areas which are areas of abstraction within the meaning of the Makonde Ordinance shall, on the appointed day, become catchment areas (sect. 3). Other provisions deal with transfer of undertakings of the Corporation, officers and servants of the Corporation, and other matters relating to the transfer of liabilities and assets of the Corporation to the Government.(12 sections) Full text English
