No person shall disturb soil, vegetation in the area, but this shall not apply to any person who has obtained a permission to do both from the Executive and the landowner. Importation of toads, killing of wild ducks and killing of fish by means of diving with spear or spear gun, or the killing of eagles in specified places shall be prohibited (sect. 7). Penalties are prescribed. Nothing in this Ordinance shall have effect on the right to seek compensation by means of a civil claim. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other Ordinance. Full text English
