Abstract

These Regulations, Of Seven Sections, relate to the administration of the Maintenance of Cleanliness Fund, which was established under the Maintenance of Cleanliness Law, and to the activities which may be taken by the directorate to advance the purposes of the fund – whether prevention of littering, promotion of educational and information activities, inspection and law enforcement. The regulations relate to the administrative functions of the directorate, including preparation of annual work plans and budgetary proposals, work procedures, etc.
