Manufacturers – a fee at the rate of 0.25% of the total sales of beverage containers. 2. Importers – a fee at the rate of 0.25% of the import value of beverage containers, as determined for the purposes of customs duty. The fee is paid to the Maintenance of Cleanliness Fund.
