Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Lands Act. The purpose of the Regulation is the maintenance of the ecological and view shed integrity of the special management area so as to maintain the natural and recreational values of the Main River Canadian Heritage River. The text – consisting of 11 sections – deals with the following aspects: land restrictions, forestry, mining, motor vehicles prohibited, scientific research, hunting and fishing permitted.
