Abstract

This Act establishes the Maiiagaha Marine Conservation Area consisting of the Isle of Maiiagaha and its surrounding waters and the Marine Conservation Section for purposes of protection and preservation land and water resources, flora, fauna, and marine life that are found in the Conservation Area. The Marine Conservation Section is established within the Division of Fish and Wildlife for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Act.
