Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of poultry against poultry pest. Moreover, if the need arises, the competent authority can limit or ban poultry breeding, to prevent or fight the disease. Such a pest may be particularly harmful in case of contacts with wild birds, such as, for example, wild ducks or wild geese. The text consists of 9 articles.
