Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 (BGBl. I p. 405). The texte consists of 9 articles as follows: Competent authorities (1); Budget, accounting, inspection (2); Public announcement of the surveying authority (3); Transfer of power to issue statutes and on levying of charges (4); Amendment of Lower-Saxony Water Law (5); Amendment of Law on exemption of fees (6); Extract from the real estate cadastre (7); Repeal and transitional provisions (8); Entry into force (9).
