The first Parts deals with fishery rights and consists of four chapters as follows: Fishery rights in inland waters (1); Fishery lease (2); Fishing permit (3); Fishing in coastal waters (4). The second Part concerns fishing districts and focuses on their origin and management and lease of fishing districts. Part three regards fishing cooperatives and deals with their statutes, board of directors, member assembly and financing. Part four lays down provisions relating to protection of fish stocks and fisheries and consists of 5 chapters as follows: Protection of fish stocks and natural symbiosis (1); Fish disease (2); Protection of fisheries (3); Issue of regulations concerning protection of fish stocks and fisheries (4); Association of non-commercial fishermen (5). Part 5 concerns monitoring of fisheries and is divided into 4 chapters as follows: Surveillance of fisheries (1); Fishing permit, fishing licence (2); Fishing service (3); Penalties (4).
