Abstract The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the registration and marking of fishing vessels of coast and high sea fishing, fishing in coastal waters, stock enhancement of non-indigenous fish species in coastal waters, exceptions to this Ordinance for scientific reasons, powers of fishery surveillance in coastal waters and penalties.
