Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 20 March 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the registration and marking of fishing vessels of coast and high sea fishing, fishing in coastal waters, stock enhancement of non-indigenous fish species in coastal waters, exceptions to this Ordinance for scientific reasons, powers of fishery surveillance in coastal waters and penalties. The text consists of 12 articles. One Annex is enclosed.
