Abstract

This Act is drafted in light of federal law of Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act for investigations, controls and checks on the ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection based on EU Regulations; official hygiene controls in slaughterhouses, cutting plants and game processing plants; food hygiene direct marketing; sampling and examinations during slaughter; and the residue controls. The Act provides for payment of fee by the food operator business, the authorised body and the due date for payment of fee. Article 6 lists the compensation cases including the charges for the supervisory body for control of the food safety. The text further lays out provisions for reporting requirements and penalties. The text consists of 10 Articles (last article not applicable).
