The present Ordinance enters into force on 20 April 2016.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to ensure that electrical equipment on the market comply with requirements ensuring a high level of protection in terms of health and safety issues for humans, domestic animals and livestock. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Conformity of electrical equipment (2); Transitional and final provisions (3).
