Abstract

La présente loi régit la gestion et l’utilisation des forêts au Rwanda. Elle comprend soixante onze (71) article repartis en dix (10) chapitres: les dispositions générales (I); les catégories des forets (II); le plan d’aménagement forestier (III); plantation, conservation et protection des forets (IV); gestion des forets (V) recherche forestière (VI); Permis (VII); police judiciaire en matière de forets (VIII); sanctions administratives (IX); et les dispositions transitoires et finales (X).
