Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Natural Products Marketing Act. Section 2 of the Regulation establishes the Lobster Fishers of Prince Edward Island as a commodity board under subsection 4(2) of the afore-mentioned Act to administer the levy and the marketing of lobster from the Province; and shall represent and protect the interests of the Province’s lobster fishers at the provincial and national levels. The text consists of 26 sections.
