Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 87 sections divided into twelve Parts and completed by four Schedules, implement the Livestock Act 1997. They are divided into the following Parts: Preliminary (1); Special provisions relating to bees (2); Registration of deer keepers (3); Artificial breeding (4); Veterinary diagnostic laboratories (5); Sheep lice (6); Prescribed vaccines (7); Hormonal growth promotants (8); Stock foods (9); Identification codes (10); Livestock identification (11); Fees (12). Schedules are divided as follows: Stock foods (2); Fees (3); Transitional provisions (4).
