Abstract

This Regulation concerns the Livestock Patrons’ Claims Review Tribunal. The Regulation provides for its compositions and leaves to the Tribunal the task of determining its own rules and procedures (sect. 31). The Tribunal can decide over claims for non-payment by licensed livestock dealers (Part 1) and over claims for non-payment by non-licensed buyers (Part 2). The Regulation also sets the maximum amount of payment that a proven claim can receive from the Tribunal (sects. 9 and 22).
